Sport for Development (“Treino Social”) is a methodology created in 2013, which emerged from an effective alliance between the German Development Cooperation and the “Bola Pra Frente” Institute.
After the results reached initially, there were demands for participation in other Brazilian states. At that time we worked in close co-operation with Rems, which stands for Sport for Social Change Network. Then a working group composed of five organizations located in one Brazilian region each arose from this partnership.

“Treino Social” is the global methodology of human development through Sport in which we approach five aspects: physical, technical, tactical, social and emotional aspects. What does this mean?
It means that within this methodology we have a very incisive approach which acts as a stimulus to the development of young people, adolescents and children, in social and emotional aspects. Currently we do a lot of training in National and International territories.
